1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsps magic baking powder
1 cup cream
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar

This takes 10 mins to prepare.
2 cups (or 12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsps butter or margarine
1- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk. Make sure you do not buy or use evaporated milk
2 cups peanuts- you can use dry roasted if desired
1- 10 1/2 ouncepackage mini marshmallows
In a large saucepan melt chocolate chips and butter with the condensed milk over low heat. Remove from heat once melted.
Combine peanuts and marshmallows in large bowl and stir in chocolate mixture. Spread on a 13 X 9 inch baking pan lined with wax paper. Chill two hours or until firm.
Remove candy from pan and cut into squares. Store leftovers indefinetly until ready to serve.
Easy Peanut Brittle
This makes 2 pds of brittle.
1 2/3 cups or 10 ounces of peanut butter chips such as reeses, divided up
1 1/2 cups or 3 sticks buter or margarine
1 2/3 cups sugar
3 tbsps light corn syrup
3 tbsps water
Butter a 13X9 inch pan. Evenly sprinkle one cup peanut butter chips onto bottom of prepared pan and set aside.
Melt butter in a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan and stir in sugar, corn syrup and water.
While stirring contstantly, cook over medium heat until mixture reaches 300F on a candy thermometer. This should take about half hr. Make sure the bulb of the thermometer does not rest ont he bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat and pour into the prepared pan right away. Spread mixture evenly and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter chips.
Cool completely and remove from pan. Break into peices. Store tightly in container in a cool dry place.And there you have yet another easy party snack.
